Vitality Pool

Requirements

The released vrp-pool resource requires qbx_core, ox_lib, ox_target, oxmysql and an enabled OneSync server.

Install and start those dependencies before Vitality Pool. No extra mapping is needed for supported GTA pool table models.

Installation

1. Extract the purchase into your server resources directory so vrp-pool/fxmanifest.lua is directly inside the resource folder.
2. Import the supplied sql/install.sql into the server database. The resource also creates missing tables at startup.
3. Start dependencies first, then add the resource to server.cfg.
4. Restart the server and check its console for dependency or SQL errors.

Adjust the dependency order to your existing QBOX server setup. The commands above illustrate the required startup sequence, not a replacement for your full server.cfg.

Configuration

Edit the customer-accessible config.lua:

• Config.TableModels — supported stock and custom/MLO pool props and dimensions.
• Config.Match — challenges, lobby duration, shot clocks, and disconnect grace.
• Config.Wagers — enable wagers, limits, account, and house cut.
• Config.Rating — ratings and leaderboard caching.
• Config.Physics, Config.Sync, Config.Camera, and Config.Controls — physical behavior and rendering.

Stock tables prop_pooltable_01, prop_pooltable_02, and prop_pooltable_3b are registered automatically. For custom table props, add measured cushion dimensions and model offsets to Config.TableModels.

How players use it

1. Use ox_target on a supported pool table, then select Play Pool.
2. Choose practice, a nearby challenge, or a public table lobby.
3. Pick Standard 8-Ball, Last Pocket 8-Ball, 9-Ball, or 14.1 Straight Pool.
4. Aim from the overhead camera; left click locks angle, hold and pull the mouse to set power, release to shoot. Right click unlocks. Ctrl offers fine angle adjustment.
5. Busy tables support Watch Match for nearby spectators.

Wager results, rating, and match data are server-authoritative and persisted.

Troubleshooting

• No interaction on pool tables: verify ox_target started and the model exists in Config.TableModels.
• No leaderboard or match persistence: check oxmysql connectivity and the SQL installation.
• Unusual custom table alignment: check playLength, playWidth, feltTopInset and axis settings.
• Matches fail to synchronize: verify OneSync, routing buckets, and client/server logs.
